If you've found your way here, chances are you're after more than just a lash or brow appointment you want to actually trust who's doing them.

Same. Which is exactly why I built this place the way I did.

I've been in the lash and brow industry since 2014 and in 2017 I took my first leap and started Miss Lash out of a rented space. Then in 2020 I took an even bigger one and opened my own studio at Mermaid Beach. One day later, COVID shut everything down, remember that? Make of that what you will, but I think it says something about what this place means to people because we came back stronger than ever.

Here's what you need to know about coming to see me:

I'm not rushing you. I'm not giving you a one-size-fits-all result. I'm going to look at your face, your lifestyle, and what you actually want and then I'm going to make it happen. You'll leave knowing exactly what was done and why. Because an educated client is a confident client, that's always been the vibe here.

But honestly? The appointment is only part of it. My clients come back because of how they feel here. I'm fun, I'm a little woo woo and I genuinely love getting to know the person in my chair. This isn't a place where you stare at the ceiling in silence, it's a place where you feel safe, seen and leave on a high.

    All the girls have amazing attention to detail, great customer service and do a perfect job on their treatments! The proof is in the pudding on the instagram page. What you see is what you get, the salon is very classy and luxurious and it’s always a pleasant experience. I did read the ONLY 1 star review someone has posted here too and I think anyone who has had services at Miss Lash would all agree that she is just another jealous business owner trying to tear down the brand because never in a million years would Sharelle have anyone who is not absolutely incredible representing her business. Sharelle is the best in the business and anyone who has followed her growth over the last decade knows she provides extensive training to all her staff.
