SALON POLICY’S

BOOKING FEE

• A $50 booking fee will be made to secure your booking. This amount will come off the total service when you come in for your appointment. Please note that this booking fee is non refundable.

Changing YOur AppOintment

• We understand life can be busy and due to unforeseen circumstances you may not be able to make your appointment. In the event of this happening you may need to change or alter your appointment, we appreciate you providing us with 24 hrs notice so we have a chance to fill your appointment.

• If you no show to an appointment this will result in full payment

YOur AppOintment

• We ask that you please arrive around 5 minutes before your appointment time if you need to use the bathroom, have time to unwind or remove makeup/clean lashes so as not to eat into your precious appointment time. 

• For your comfort and other clients we also kindly ask that you switch your mobile to silent while at the salon.

• We kindly ask that you do not bring young children, this is your time to relax, and you will have your eyes closed for 1+ hours where you will not be able to tend to your children.
